Love, Peace & Charity
The 2013 NASTT Educational Auction
Feb 02, 2013
Break out your bell bottoms and peace signs for the 12th annual Educational Fund Auction and Reception, held as part of the 2013 NASTT No-Dig Show in Sacramento, Calif., March 3-7. The theme for this popular No-Dig event, held March 4, is Love, Peace & Charity.

Since 2002, the Educational Fund Auction has raised more than $533,000, with all proceeds benefiting NASTT educational activities. These activities include sponsoring student attendance at No-Dig, awarding scholarships and providing targeted training courses to the membership at-large.
There are several ways to bid on some terrific items — from jewelry and electronics to sporting event tickets and trenchless tools and equipment — through the Silent Auction, Online Auction, Live Auction and 50/50 Raffle.
Last year’s western-themed auction was a huge hit and in 2013, the No-Dig Program Committee challenges attendees to re-visit their 1960s Flower Child days — so don’t forget to pack your bell bottom pants, tie-dye shirts and peace symbols. Whoever has the best costume will receive a cash prize.
Vermeer is once again sponsoring a “Dream Vacation” raffle at the No-Dig Show. Last year, the raffle winner won a vacation to Hawaii. This year, the winning ticket transports you to a dream vacation in the Caribbean. Tickets are $25 each, or five for $100. The winning ticket will be drawn at the Closing Luncheon on March 6.
